Called and talked to somebody about a tire. Got told it would be ordered and I could come get it the next day after hearing back but got no call back. Tried again after a few days because I didn't wanna leave a small business owner hanging with something he had to order, nothing. Left a message, nothing. It is what it is but that's a shitty way to do business. Just tell me you can't do it if you can't do it instead of ignoring a customer like that.

I had a wonderful experience at Diaz Tire Shop! I had vibration issues with my CRV and they helped me same day balancing my tires and were lightning quick, efficient, and trustworthy. They found my tires had a bump and no other tire shop found the problem. Diaz Tire Shop remediated the issue and I highly recommend visiting them for tire service!

I would 100 percent recommend this place to any of my family or friends or anyone for that matter. Alfredo took great care of me the service was great and quick and the rims and tires are absolutely beautiful! Will be going here for Rims and or Tires for the remainder of my life. 5 star service 5 star people

Got my new rims and tires today and I couldn't be happier. I'd been speaking with Alfredo for a week or so and he sent me pictures of many options before I decided what I wanted. The price for new rims and tires was more than reasonable. We got them ordered and when they came in, made the appointment. The wheels look beautiful, the guys working there were considerate and polite, they installed my new TSP sensors for me and even threw in locking lugs. I recommend them highly.
